Here at Still & Stir, we believe that a bartender is the perfect combination of an artist, a scientist and an ambassador. We, as artists and scientists, become mixologists and we are constantly striving to research and recreate libations of years past as accurate as possible, as well as incorporate new ingredients and techniques to bring you wonderful new taste sensations. We use only the best and freshest ingredients in correct proportions, along with proper ice, glassware and method of mixing to bring you a perfectly balanced drink specific to your individual taste. How you choose to imbibe is only limited by your imagination. We are committed to understanding spirits and how they are made. We respect tradition and quality and become ambassadors to the brands we stand behind. We, as good ambassadors, are representatives of our concept. We wish to provide guests with a total experience by showcasing all that we have to offer. We also act as ambassadors to our guests as well by listening and keeping them the focus of our attention so that we may continuously improve and exceed expectations with every visit.
