Sherry Cobbler - 8
A refreshing twist of Lustau East India Sherry, Orange Curacao and Aromatic Bitters served over crushed iced and garnished with berries in season.
Port of Call - 9
A fortified ‘Manhattan’ if you will. Port Wine, Benedictine, Yellow Chartreuse and Orange Bitters are stirred together, served straight up, and kissed with burnt orange peel and a brandied cherry.
Going Green - 8
An effervescent libation concocted of Blue Coat Gin, elderflower, house-made garden syrup and fresh lime juice. Served over ice, topped with sparkling wine and garnished with house-pickled cucumbers.
Rooftop Fizz - 8
A before or after dinner installment of Cherry Heering, White Crème de Cocoa, fresh lemon juice and egg white. Shaken and served straight up, topped with Prosecco, and garnished with Peychauds Bitters.
White Wine Punch - 8
This summer favorite starts with an oleo-saccharum of raw sugar, lemon peel and green tea. It is then washed with fresh lemon juice, sauvignon blanc, and Domaine de Canton. Served over ice and garnished with fresh mint.
Vine to Glass Cocktail - 9
Cognac, our favorite grape-based spirit takes the lead here along with fresh squeezed lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, and a house-made spiced red zinfandel reduction. Shaken and served straight up with a lemon twist.
